Peculier Assassin
Theakstons Ltd
What happens when you collide one of the UK’s most iconic ales with a fiercely respected IPA? You get Peculier Assassin—a bold and adventurous collaboration between two Yorkshire greats, Theakston and Rooster’s. Blending the rich, fruit-laden depth of Old Peculier with the juicy, tropical hop character of Baby-Faced Assassin, this is a beer where heritage meets rebellion. Deep ruby-brown in colour, it opens with layers of dark cherry and treacle toffee, lifted by vibrant notes of mango, apricot, and citrus. Smooth and medium-bodied, it balances velvety roasted malts and caramel sweetness with a lively, resinous hop bitterness. The finish is long, warming, and irresistibly moreish—a seamless fusion of classic Yorkshire character and modern hop intensity.
Pressed Rat & Warthog
Triple fff Brewery Limited
Complex mild perhaps not in the traditional sense but we like our beers hoppy! Ruby coloured, chocolate aroma with hints of blackcurrant and plum leads to a soft yet full roast flavour, fruit and malt vying with the rounded hoppy bittersweet finish.
Summer Sun
Twickenham
very pale hoppy beer finished with Citra and delta hops, very refreshing.
